We charge £50 to find a Driving Test Cancellation and we offer a full money back guarantee if we can't find you a driving test cancellation that you want.

We cannot confirm an exact driving test date but will confirm a date with you once we have reserved it and aim to get this as soon as possible within the agreed dates time frame with you.

Once we book you a driving test date we will text you to check that your driving instructor can do the date we have booked for you. If you or your instructor are unable to make the driving test date, we will find you another driving test date however, if you change this date without our consent or you have confirmed back 'YES' and then change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund.

Please note due to time constraints we have to change your driving test date first before contacting you and you will lose to original date you have booked initially with the DSVA and it will be replaced with a test suitable for your requirements as you have requested on our form. If you are unable to do the date we have booked you and you have not confirmed it with us you must inform us that you cannot do it by texting back 'NO' and we will then search for another suitable date for you until you confirm.

We will not be held responsible for the DVSA (Driving Vehicle Standards Agency) changing your test date, cancelling your test date due to covid lockdowns, illness, petrol shortages, strikes or weather conditions like, Snow, fog, etc, or for any reasons including where the learner is responsible for example not turning to the driving test with correct documentation or problems with the driving instructors car, or if you are ill and any other excuses. Or your driving instructor changing not being able to make your test and informing you at a much later date etc. In any of these instances your fee is non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to ensure you double check the date and time of your driving test with the DVSA. If you do not check your date and time and test centre is correct with the information we have provided you with and you contact us after the event your fee will become non-refundable and we are not responsible for any expenses incurred.

If you have accepted a driving test date, it is your responsibility to check, cancel it or change it thereafter if you are no longer able to take the driving test or do not want the date anymore your fee will be non-refundable.
